T&T People and Work Group

We are T&T People and Work Group, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and we are headquartered in Kraków, Poland.

We help foreigners find work in Poland. Our long-standing experience has confirmed our professional motto: People First. We enjoy working with people and we care about people, so we strive that everyone feels at home with us. A broad umbrella of support for our workers enables a calm adaptation in Poland. It does not matter whether you arrived from Lviv or your journey spanned half the world: you are with us, you are at home.

To deliver our services, we analyze the needs of foreigners and have developed a network of offices, coordinators, supervisors, and foremen in southern Poland who monitor the satisfaction and safety of our clients and workers at every step.
