We are Tiglon Partners Limited, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We primarily handle recruitment for high-caliber professionals and for CxO-level executives and external directors in finance, consulting, and corporate environments.
