TAKT Recruitment—we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We operate internationally and provide staffing solutions for markets currently facing labor shortages and a lack of skilled workers. We design, develop and deliver comprehensive sustainable solutions that improve management and workforce performance by implementing unique tools and systems that lead to increases in productivity.

We work with the United Nations, the International Labour Organization, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Nationalization of the United Arab Emirates (MOHRE) and associated partners in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal to ensure access to and traceability of an ethically recruited workforce. We maintain a network of associated training centers across the region where workers can be recruited according to client standards.
