Talent Power Employment Services (TPES) is a privately held staffing and recruitment company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are a 100% Emirati owned company complying with Ministerial Resolution MR1283 issued in 2011, aimed at regulating the recruitment sector by ensuring transparency and accountability through the recruitment cycle and supporting the Government's policy on Emiratisation.

We provide recruitment and staffing services to end-users and EPC contractors in the oil and gas industry in the Middle East. We support our clients through all project phases: engineering, construction, and commissioning. To this purpose, we provide skilled, suitable and experienced manpower to satisfy our clients’ needs.

We deliver our services by supplying skilled, suitable and experienced manpower to meet client needs, supporting end-users and EPC contractors in the oil and gas sector through all project phases. We operate within the licensing framework of the UAE Ministry of Labor.
