We are TalentBuzz, a self-owned staffing and recruiting organization operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Quezon City, Philippines.

We are a lean, expert-led recruitment service built for the BPO industry. We bring over 19 years of hands-on experience in BPO operations and team leadership, and we know what makes a great hire because we have been on the ground, hiring and managing agents ourselves. We specialize in sourcing and endorsing voice and non-voice agents for startups, growing BPOs, and remote-first teams. We aim to support fast hiring, campaign scaling, and accurate role fulfillment, while avoiding the overhead of large agencies.

We deliver end-to-end recruitment, handling every step from job intake and calibration through screening and shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate experience management. We also provide remote-ready and BPO talent sourcing, focusing on high-volume or specialized roles such as customer support, technical support, virtual assistants, QA analysts, trainers, team leads, and back-office and operations staff. We offer role calibration and hiring alignment to help define what great looks like before recruitment begins.
