Talentfarm is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Gent, Belgium.

We have a clear mission to plant and harvest sustainable client-candidate relationships. We contribute to building durable and stable careers for our candidates and to minimizing staff turnover within companies.

We operate as a farm where the focus is on the quality, professionalism and exclusivity of the work produced by the harvesters. We work only with permanent positions because we want to have lasting impact for all involved parties. The parties are the candidates (seeds), the clients (soil) and our farm and its future family.
