Talento Innova is a public company operating in the human resources industry, and we are headquartered in Caracas, Venezuela.

We use Softmetrics as the colloquial English term for the soft indicators used to evaluate companies that are in the early stages. We believe that companies with greater capacity for learning, innovation and motivation have higher possibilities of becoming a successful organization. We acknowledge that Softmetrics was founded in 2004 by a group of people passionate about the design and development of evaluations. We observed the need for updated organizational evaluation solutions tailored to the country's reality.
