TalentX is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark.

Our aim is to ensure that you receive employees who not only master their trade but also match your culture, leadership style, and tasks exactly. We work with a strengths-based approach that goes beyond CVs and gut feeling. Through the TalentX Framework, we create a match between people and context—and ensure that your new employees actually perform and stay.

We deliver recruitment for commercial profiles (salespeople, marketing, leaders, coordinators, and others) and support performance development of existing teams, as well as retention and well-being through talent-based leadership and feedback. We integrate our specialties including Talent, Talent Acquisition, Search, Talent, Rekruttering, Talentudvikling, Lederudvikling, Talentbaseret organisationsudvikling, Reboarding, and Onboarding into our work.

We operate in Denmark, with offices in Aalborg, Copenhagen and Aarhus.
