TaskBoomer is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We specialize in recruiting salespeople and sales managers for diverse organizations with a strong focus on the needs of the business. Our purpose is to help organizations develop and refine their sales organization through analysis and evaluation of their current sales structure, advising on and developing their recruitment process, recruiting qualified and suitable sales professionals for the culture we aim to create, and jointly evaluating recruitment results for ongoing improvement. We have supported growth for award-winning companies across tech, media, and finance, and have helped Nordic media brands and publicly listed companies find the right key people for their sales organizations. Our vision is to become the link between companies and salespeople in the Swedish and Nordic labor markets.
