TEN - The Executive Network is a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Wassenaar, Netherlands.

We recognize that leadership today requires a style that resonates with future generations: reflective, innovative, and inclusive. We see that the modern leader not only has a clear vision for the future of the organization but also the ability to build strong and complementary leadership teams. We view the building and nurturing of leadership teams as a craft. We engage in finding and connecting leaders to support this work. In doing so, we contribute to a new leadership culture, both in the Netherlands and beyond.

We provide services in the field of executive search for boards and management, as well as for non-executive directors. We also bring expertise in assessments, coaching, evaluations, governance advice, and events.

We operate primarily in the Netherlands, with activities that extend beyond the country.
