Terss is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico.

We are an IT recruiting company with a global mindset that delivers local IT talent for nearshore services. We launched our services initially in the Mexican market.

We customize the latest recruiting tools and techniques to the local market using diverse sourcing strategies according to the positions to be filled, from college recruiting to traditional headhunting. During the last four years we have specialized in offering Recruiting Services for companies with nearshore initiatives, providing not only qualified IT talent but consulting services regarding salaries and talent pool availability within the national geography. We are more than a contingency firm that follows a traditional approach to provide qualified candidates, as we can provide turnkey solutions by building employee branding campaigns, committing with our clients to develop a candidates’ pool and build a Ramp, improving their time to market.
