We are Testy Thomas Polska, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry, and we were founded in 1981 with headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.

We provide professional psychometric tools for business, and our high-quality solutions support the processes of building, developing, and managing teams. Since 2019, the exclusive supplier of Thomas International solutions in Poland is Gi Group Holding, currently within the Grafton Recruitment group. We deliver high-quality tools and organize accreditation workshops that enable our clients to obtain the rights to use them within their own organizations. The Thomas certificates are issued in the name of the recipient, internationally recognized, and valid indefinitely.

We deliver services in two main areas: training and testing. The Thomas Academy offers both accreditation and development workshops designed to raise employees' competencies and engagement, reduce turnover, and improve management quality. They are offered onsite and online. We offer tests that can be an integral element of your recruitment, helping to map development paths for your employees and, consequently, improve their wellbeing in the organization.
