The Chain Company

The Chain Company is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Hengelo, Netherlands.

We do not search; we find. We are specialized in secondment and recruitment of (young) professionals at HBO- and WO-levels, PhD students and postdocs. Our clients are exclusively professional organizations inside and outside the Netherlands. We mediate specialists in high technology, such as software engineers, system and test engineers, chemical engineers and mechanical engineers, and we are strong in finding finance and supply chain professionals, and other support positions. We maintain a broad, current regional network.

We source candidates through headhunting and connect with professionals in the Netherlands and beyond. We are recognized by the IND and can help non-EU individuals obtain a work permit in the Netherlands within three weeks.

Our specialties include recruitment, HR services, employer branding, recruitment and selection, detachering, engineering, sales, marketing and communication, finance, supply chain, and administration.

We operate in the Netherlands and beyond, serving clients across the country and beyond where applicable, supported by a broad regional network. We can assist people from outside the European Union to obtain a work permit in the Netherlands within three weeks.
