We are TheProfessional, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Surabaya, Indonesia.

We deliver our services through online recruitment, recruitment days, and psychological testing for recruitment and promotion assessments at staff, supervisor, and manager levels, along with assessments for children, adolescents, and jobseekers.
