We are TMPP Perú, a self-owned company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1998 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are a group of professionals with years of experience and specialized training in HR processes. This experience, condensed into our courses and workshops, enables our attendees to assimilate this knowledge to face all the challenges and problems that may arise within the Human Resources area. These insights extend beyond internal HR processes to interactions with other internal areas (Treasury, accounting, finance, auditing, logistics) and external bodies (SUNAFIL, SUNAT, AFP, etc.).

Through our interactive learning method, our participants do not need to memorize books, concepts, or formulas. Instead, they develop their analytical capacity and become the change manager in their company.
