We are Training Technologies, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

We design psychometric and knowledge assessment instruments that identify the attributes and competencies necessary for individuals to perform at their best in their roles. The instruments we design are valid, reliable, and adapted to the current and future needs of the organization.

We address competency harmonization by analyzing the operational definitions and the levels of mastery of the organization's competencies to identify matches and convergences with our diagnostic systems.

We provide services in Evaluation, Diagnostics, Training, HR Consulting, Organizational Development, Coaching, Competencies, and Assessment Center.
