TRISTAN-STAFFING, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the marine, offshore and shipbuilding industries. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Brielle, Netherlands.

We provide project teams for marine, offshore and shipbuilding industries and we offer commercial and technical project management and support services in these sectors.

We deliver contracting, a freelance platform, Recruitment Process, Outsourcing and Managed Services, Contract recruitment and Direct Hire recruitment. We handle payroll and HR & payroll administration, Temporary or long-term contracts, Payroll for major shareholders, Set up of tax wage administration. We provide Consultancy/ Outsourcing to complement the pre- set strategic deliverables by providing the means to implement the recommendations, either with our own consultants or by providing technicians and/or experts. We also provide Project/Interim Management, delivering commercial and technical project management and support services for the marine, offshore and shipbuilding industries.
