Trivgruppen

We are Trivgruppen, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Steinkjer, Norway.

Our vision is "For a better life and a sustainable society." We work with our target groups to seize opportunities together, and we strive to contribute to increased quality of life for individuals while also acting as an actor in society. We create social sustainability by enabling as many people as possible to participate in the workforce, for the benefit of individuals and for a society that needs labor. For those with health challenges that are not compatible with participation in the labor market, quality of life, independence and postponement of the need for help are overarching goals. In this way, we contribute to a better life and a sustainable society. We are owned by the municipalities of Steinkjer, Inderøy and Snåsa.

We pursue our approach by focusing on enabling participation in the labor market and by acting as an active participant in society. We strive to create social sustainability by enabling as many people as possible to participate in work life. For those with health challenges that are not compatible with participation in working life, quality of life, independence and postponement of the need for help are our overarching goals. In this way, we contribute to a better life and a sustainable society.

Our specialties include career guidance, rehabilitation, recruitment, work inclusion, and facilitation.
