TS Planning Inc. is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our mission is to pioneer the innovation and delivery of human resource solutions and services by utilizing video technology to streamline candidate screening and hiring processes for recruiters and HR hiring managers, and to provide job seekers with practical services to support their career development.

We have partnered with Async Interview to introduce an asynchronous digital interviewing platform. The platform enables us to create an interview template that can be sent by email as a link to multiple candidates, serving as an early round screening tool to assess candidates quickly and efficiently.

We specialize in corporate staffing and recruitment, job interview coaching (in Japanese and/or English), video resume production (Visume), and resume translation (JP-EN or EN to JP).

We operate in Japan.

We offer live and video-based interview coaching in English and Japanese to support job-hunting needs, and in our coaching sessions we guide planning and preparation for various interview scenarios, depending on the job.
