TSM (Total Shipmanagement) – we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Odessa, Ukraine.

We provide cost-effective ship crew management, payroll and training solutions to shipping companies worldwide, and we render a wide range of integrated services to seafarers. We supply marine personnel for all types of vessels, including specialists for Oil and Gas industry.

We have wide experience in supplying Eastern-European marine personnel for offshore, cruise and merchant fleet. We operate two main divisions: the offshore fleet division and the merchant fleet division, combining dry cargo, passenger and tanker fleet departments. We provide Manning of FPSO/FSO units, Chemical/Oil product/Crude oil and Shuttle tankers, LNG/LPG, General cargo vessels, Containers, Bulk carriers, Ro-Ro, Heavy lifts and Passenger vessels; DSV, ROV support, Cable & Pipe laying vessels, AHT/AHTS, PSV/OSV, MRSV/OCV; Drilling Rigs, Jack up, Derrick Lay and Accommodation Construction Barges etc.
