TUC Management ApS

TUC Management ApS is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Græsted, Denmark.

We have a history that shapes our work. We were established as a course company in 1978 under the name TEAM UDVIKLING CENTER ApS, with home base in Billund. In 1980, rights to Walking Rally and the Japan Management Institute's other course models were transferred to us for use in Europe. The first open course in team development was held at Hotel Legoland in Billund, marking the start of our ongoing activity in open and closed corporate courses. Since then, more than 200 open courses have been delivered and a large number of closed corporate courses have followed.

Delivery is built around established routes for Walking Rally, and we currently operate about 40 routes in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In Denmark alone, more than 10,000 leaders and middle managers have completed courses in team development with us.

We deliver team development courses and Walking Rally-based activities, drawing on the Japan Management Institute's course models as part of our program in Europe.

We operate across multiple countries, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The TUC concept, as described in The Third Way, is used by a number of large companies in Scandinavia.
