We are Työhuone, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Ylöjärvi, Finland.

We transform written job advertisements into video form and communicate open positions simply and comprehensively to avoid wasting anyone's time.

We base our approach on three pillars. First, we ensure essential information about opportunities is conveyed clearly and in a way that helps a new candidate start with confidence. Second, we share key metrics relevant to the opportunity to show what is expected within the broader business. Third, we connect these elements to the company's values and vision to create meaning and a climate of open communication and encouragement. After the video is produced, we distribute it in collaboration with our clients across social media channels to achieve broad reach. We also aim to emphasize the client’s location as an interesting hometown, so the local area benefits if a new employee is from outside.

We offer two specialties: video-based recruitment communication and recruitment support.
