We are UAB Ledira (GRANDY), a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We provide Ukrainian employees to client companies as a subcontractor for any period of time. We have operated since 2019 and have supported Lithuanian companies by supplying workers. We follow three rules: only reliable, verified employees who meet the needs of the company; only official employment; full responsibility for each employee we have provided and our support during the entire contract.

We operate as a subcontractor to supply Ukrainian workers to Lithuanian companies for any period, delivering verified personnel through official employment and providing ongoing support for the duration of the contract.

Our operations span Lithuania and Ukraine.
