We are Unago Recrutement, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

Our purpose is to help companies find motivated and qualified staff while contributing to a more inclusive society. We are a recruitment agency that promotes the employment of people with a criminal past. This group, despite their motivation and skills, is often sidelined. To give everyone a chance, we act as intermediaries by connecting these candidates with Belgian employers.
