UNIlancer - Il portale dei talenti universitari is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and we are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We offer students the opportunity to showcase their talents while building professional experiences without having to leave their classes. This is our mission.

Students register on the platform and complete their profiles. Companies publish collaboration offers detailing their needs and budgets. Candidates with the required skills receive a notification and apply by submitting a collaboration proposal. Companies review the profiles and select the candidate to engage for the announced project. At the end of the project, the company confirms the student's competencies by leaving a review on their profile, making it available to other advertisers seeking university talent.
