UP Tools, we are a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1998 and are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

We provide CareerStorm Navigator, an interactive tool that helps people create a strategy for their career and life. The tool is currently available in six languages. An earlier version of the tool was licensed to Monster.com in nine language versions in 15 countries. Connect UP is a web-based platform for delivering virtual coaching services. It includes online booking for coachees, tools for the coach to manage a large number of coachees, and reporting features that make delivery of large-scale virtual coaching projects easy to manage, measure and report. UP-digital is an online learning platform that allows people to engage in collaborative learning from their computer, tablet or smart phone. Current courses include Business Leadership, Job search, Self-leadership and LinkedIn skills development. Volition Booster measures how effectively employees achieve their targets. Self-Leader tool supports intelligent self-leadership and total well-being. Online tools for leadership team coaching.
