USO Worldwide Group

We are USO Worldwide Group. We are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1979 and are headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

We base our approach on research into workforce productivity and motivation, including insights that suggest a relaxed after-work experience can help maintain motivation. We provide the resources necessary to attain a productive workforce and aim to reduce the hassles of managing an unmotivated and non-productive workforce by delivering a loyal, skilled, and hardworking workforce capable of completing tasks efficiently.

We deliver our services through recruitment and manpower management processes designed to support organizations in obtaining and retaining motivated personnel. Since 1979 we have provided workers in the Middle East from Asian and African regions, and we also provide Eastern European and European workers.

As part of our offerings, we specialize in the recruitment of Eastern European workers at local rates, manpower management, housing services, transportation, and catering and laundry (offered as a package), along with recruitment of African and Asian workers and recruitment of executive positions from EU countries.
