We are Vega Consultants, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Stavanger, Norway.

We are engaged in the local labor market and have a good understanding of the challenges and specific needs in the various industries. We assist not only with high-quality candidates and solid processes, but also with guidance on how best to meet your unique needs. We work with roles in oil and gas, maritime and offshore; finance, accounting and payroll; industry and production; IT and communications; and HR.
