We are Vertical-RH, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Orvault, France.

We specialize in supporting leadership teams in motivation and in team management. Our activities include recruiting executives, rare and highly skilled profiles; advisory services to leaders guiding major operations such as growth, contraction, evolution of roles, and significant changes; coaching and support; training in team management and in managing social relations; and conducting transition assignments as well as psychosocial risk prevention, as an IPRP-certified firm. Each consultant has substantial industry experience enabling us to understand the issues faced by our partners realistically.

We deliver our services through close collaboration with clients, starting from an assessment of needs and delivering tailored interventions across recruitment, advisory services, coaching, training, and transition management. We draw on practical, industry-informed insight to address the challenges our partners face.
