Vidan, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We believe that the success of companies lies in people. We integrate the foundations of coaching with NLP, the scientific foundations of neuroscience, and the research related to emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to provide solutions for development and selection of our collaborators, sharing knowledge and tools to optimize people and, consequently, results. We measure, predict, and empower the attitude and soft skills of our collaborators with online and in-person tools.
