VikTeam is a public company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in Esbjerg, Denmark. We are part of WeCare Holding, together with Lægehus and the Institute for Mental Health.

Our purpose is to develop and offer optimal health services to benefit citizens and society. We aim to create improved access to qualified health services through dialogue with the many public actors in the health sector. We value our relationships with collaborators and set high standards for ourselves through open and honest communication.

We deliver doctors to health sectors across the Scandinavian countries and we focus on making life as easy as possible for both clients and doctors. To support this, we uphold high quality standards and measure quality across multiple parameters. We have been ISO 9001 certified since 2005, and in 2018 we were certified under ISO 9001:2015.

We provide recruitment, HR, and doctor staffing services.

We operate across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

We are part of the WeCare Holding group and, with these relationships, maintain high quality standards as reflected by ISO 9001:2015 certification.
