VIS-RECRUIT is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.

We create a placement profile for every job offer, compare this with our data on existing candidates, and carry out a profiling procedure to determine the right candidate for each role. Our aim is to initiate a contractual agreement between the employer and the candidate regarding an employment relationship that is beneficial to both parties.

As recruiting agents we work on a result-based fee model, meaning we only receive a fee if the recruitment process has been successful and the position has also been occupied. For applicants our services are free of charge.

We specialize in cruise staff and other hospitality placements, including bar manager, waiter, bartender, barkeeper, chef, chef de rang, chef de partie, bar chief, sous chef, commis de cuisine, executive chef, crew management, recruiting for cruise ships, maitre d'hotel, restaurant manager, food & beverage jobs, and hospitality jobs.

We operate in Cyprus and Ukraine.
