We are VMA Group, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1978 and are headquartered in London, England.

We operate in international recruitment and executive search, focusing on communications, marketing, digital and change, with interim, contract and permanent placements. We specialise in Internal and Change Communications; External Communications; Marketing; Digital; and Change.

Over the last 45 years, we have focused on building strong and lasting relationships in the communications, marketing, digital and change sectors, working with candidates who have become clients, and clients who have become candidates. With offices across the United Kingdom and Belgium, we operate across the UK and Europe. We have offices in London, Manchester and Bristol in the United Kingdom, and Brussels in Belgium.
