We are VSELEX - Selección y Consultoría Organizacional, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Salto, Uruguay.

We orient ourselves to offer organizational solutions with human resources management tools, administration, governance, and commercialization. We do this by developing a structure of consulting, directing analysis of methods and organization, training, and process reengineering. We advise on decision making so that the management of the organization is effective, profitable, and sustainable at an operating cost level. We seek to generate a high impact in the achievement of organizational objectives by focusing on the human factor as a generator of value. For VSELEX, professional ethics is fundamental, we stay technically up to date, with a clear orientation to the client and offering solutions that generate benefits to all actors involved in processes aligned with the execution of the business strategy (clients, employees, suppliers, community).

To carry out our work, we form a team of professionals that best fits the demand of each organization or institution, starting from the respect for the Organizational Culture of each client and applying our values and service orientation.

We offer recruitment and selection of personnel, organizational consulting, training and development, and employment and social guidance. We integrate these specialties naturally into our approach, delivering services that align with the organization’s goals and needs.
