WAW-Women At Work is a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Our purpose is to act as a bridge between two worlds that need one another. We connect women with companies, challenge stereotypes, and open new opportunities. We help women demonstrate what they can achieve, and help companies discover the value they can bring to their teams. We aim to position organizations as inclusive employers, and by advertising on our portal, we help them enhance their reputation as inclusive employers.
