Way Recruitment is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Our vision is to be the preferred partner for recruitment in the Middle East in 2020. Our mission is to optimize resources to satisfy our clients by providing high quality services. Our mandate is to serve our clients, candidates we place, and our workforce by combining our experience, knowledge and resources.

We deliver services through structured processes including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and interview preparation; HR ER Services; and a recruitment portal that went live in 2017 with 150,000 active candidates. Our teams are based in Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt and the United Kingdom. We also offer on-site account management to support large recruitment missions where a member of our team joins the client's offices.
