WD Resources (Malta) Limited is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Ta’ Xbiex, Malta.

Global Marine Employment is a complex business. We provide a range of services to meet the needs of operators, whether small or large. All our services are provided in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the Maritime Labour Convention 2006. We also operate to the requirements of the standard DNV-GL-ST-0030 for crew manning offices, private recruitment and placement services.

We have many years’ experience in the marine employment services industry and understand the peculiarities of the marine environment and the employment of people operating in it. We call upon the services of specialist advisors involved in Social Security, Personal tax, Employment Law, Pensions, Insurances, Travel & Training, adding further value to our services. We provide crew to a range of shipping companies, including commercial cargo vessels, cruise ships, offshore energy and specialist marine vessels, super yachts and many more.
