We Know People is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Haarlem, Netherlands.

We are a recruitment and selection agency for professionals in Digital, Marketing, Data Intelligence and Communications. We help organizations find permanent and interim colleagues—from freelance to secondment.

We work from an old chocolate factory in Haarlem, but our heart lies with people—their stories, their character, and their potential. We believe professionals flourish when they feel free to be themselves, and that companies grow when the people who work there truly fit the culture. Therefore we look beyond the CV.
