Welovepeople is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We provide recruitment services for companies in the SSC/BPO, F&A, and IT sectors who seek honest communication and proven knowledge to hire the right candidates. We believe in the 3Z principle, which states that three aspects form the basis of long-term cooperation with candidates. The first Z is finding the right person, not only with technical skills but also with values that align with the company. The second Z is an efficient hiring process conducted with high standards. The third Z is retaining the employee in the company, ensuring the candidate joins the team and feels needed.
