WeMatch is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

Our purpose is to support our clients holistically in the recruitment of permanent staff and freelancers in IT Solutions and construction, and we help individuals with their next career steps. To fulfill our responsibility to our business partners, we bring all parties into the process after each engagement and assess how satisfied everyone is with the process.

In IT and construction, we offer an individualized 360° advisory approach to identify and select the best matches. We find suitable candidates for our clients, as well as optimal permanent and freelance opportunities for our candidates.
