Werk en Vakmanschap — we are a privately held staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Roosendaal, Netherlands.

We are a nationwide collaborative network of hundreds of technical and industrial companies. We work to preserve and strengthen technical craftsmanship for these companies. We provide both aspiring and experienced technicians with an excellent working environment to grow, with opportunities in metal, electrical, installation, process, infra, and motor vehicle technology.

We deliver our services through detachering of technical personnel, recruitment and selection, and coaching and guidance of learners.

We operate across the Netherlands.
