Wierenga & De Graaf, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Leeuwarden, Netherlands.

We are a new agency focused on recruitment, interim assignments in the higher segment, and for specialist roles. We bring years of experience in leadership and commercial positions within large and medium-sized organizations, and we aim to create the right match for talented and ambitious candidates and organizations.
