We are Work Vision Group, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

Our purpose is to support Polish companies by providing international recruitment, temporary work, and process outsourcing services. We specialize in sourcing and employing talent from the Philippines to address labor shortages and increase workforce diversity in Polish companies.

We deliver these services by identifying and placing talent, supplying qualified temporary staff to adapt to changing operational needs, and offering process outsourcing to streamline back-office and administrative activities.
