We are Y'ACA, a self-employed entity operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Ciney, Belgium.

At our core, we see Y'ACA as a way of thinking that small things can have big impacts, that the solution is within us, and that sometimes a spark is enough to bring it to life. It is also an acronym that covers three areas of intervention: supporting companies and institutions with effective tools and processes to manage talent; providing concrete accompaniment for projects or changes through coaching; and private or professional coaching, together with workshops and team building.
