Zermatt Oy

We are Zermatt Oy, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

We position ourselves as a basecamp for reaching the top, a place where potential can be found, whatever the goal may be. Mental training involves developing cognitive skills, including thinking, learning, memory and perception, and we acknowledge that thoughts can move mountains but can also hold us back from reaching goals. Our theoretical background is in cognitive and neuropsychology, and the methods are similar to those used in Sweden, Norway and Germany.

We apply cognitive and neuropsychology-based methods in our work, drawing on established approaches used in Sweden, Norway and Germany.

We operate in Finland.
