株式会社ＲＤサポート, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1998 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Since our founding in 1998, we have specialized in human resources services centered on research and development, focusing on the food, biotech, and healthcare sectors. We offer three main offerings: RD Support Staffing, RD REALIZE, and RD LINK.

To deliver our services, we draw on unique know-how and programs not found in other staffing companies to provide solutions for both organizations and individuals. In 2018, we established IMEc RD as an SMO to support medical institutions conducting clinical trials, and we use this know-how to support safety and efficacy testing of foods and to coordinate the institutions, trial sites, and trial review boards involved in clinical studies.

We provide three service lines: RD Support Staffing, RD REALIZE, and RD LINK. RD Support Staffing offers staffing services, RD REALIZE supports recruitment activities, and RD LINK assists science professionals with side-project engagements.

Geographically, we operate in Japan and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
