We are Strategic Decision Co., Ltd., a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We specialize in mid- to senior-level talent in the IT, consulting, manufacturing, and construction and real estate industries. We adopt a TOP3 strategy aimed at becoming among the top three agents for targeted clients, based on deep relationships and a clear understanding of client needs. We are sometimes asked by client CEOs to present executive talent by name, receive exclusive executive-recruitment assignments from globally leading companies, have earned a Platinum Award from a major consulting firm, and have seen the candidates we introduce promoted to executive roles with ongoing support from their organizations.

We emphasize expertise and high communication in our recruitment, and many of our team members have more than ten years of experience in talent placement or in the industries they cover. In our development efforts, we support ongoing improvement in daily work, classroom training and business-school attendance, and a books-support program to deepen industry knowledge and raise service levels.
