UZUZ Co., Ltd. we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We specialize in recruiting young talent, focusing on recent graduates, second-new graduates, freeters, and new graduates, and we operate the training-based employment support program Uzuz College. We also provide corporate training, recruitment consulting, and outsourcing of recruitment tool creation and operation.
