We provide an end-to-end recruitment solution centered on video-based processes. Our offering includes offline video interviewing, editable video CVs, tailored screening video questions, a video-based applicants tracking system, and tools to support video-based decision making and feedback. We aim to maintain confidentiality, offer reporting and KPIs, and make the recruitment process more efficient for all participants.

We deliver our services by bringing together recruiters, agents, hiring managers and decision makers, supported by an IOS/Android mobile app. Confidentiality is assured, and our modules fit various user types. We provide reporting and KPIs and strive to involve every stakeholder in hiring through a transparent and credible process.
