AHEAD (Lebanon) is a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.

We are a talent management company, with over 15 years of specialization in the recruitment business. To provide you with the best, we follow a methodology that includes Understanding, Research and interviewing, and Shortlisting and client interview. Understanding: we ensure that we have a complete understanding of the role, time frame and profile needed. Research and interviewing: following the job description given by the client, we go through our database to find the candidates with adequate profiles for the job, and we interview each one. Shortlisting and client interview: after interviewing, we shortlist the candidates with the most suitable profiles and arrange an interview with the shortlisted candidates and the client. The client then selects the candidate they find most suitable.
